Junket -

Is made of sweet, luke-warm milk quickly turned by the addition of a little rennet (dissolved junket tablets). Sweetened and flavored with vanilla, or dusted with cinnamon or nutmeg, or eaten with berries, fresh or preserved, it is a pleasing dessert. The addition of a very small amount of sherry improves its flavor.
