Durian -

One of the most important of Malay fruits. It is greenish in color, inclined to oval in shape, about the size of a large cocoanut and the thick skin marked with spicules. Its odor is unpleasant to the novitiate, but the pulpy flesh has a pleasant taste, and the seeds also make good eating when roasted.
