Almond Syrup


Almond Syrup -

If of high quality, is an emulsion of sweet and bitter almonds in barley syrup (then generally known as Orgeat syrup), or in a syrup of Orange Flower Water and sugar. Ten parts of sweet almonds are generally employed to three parts of bitter almonds.
